Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

Overview

HillCityChurch.ca operates as an online casino review and affiliate marketing website. As a media company, we do not process player deposits or withdrawals and do not handle player funds. This page explains our approach to AML-related issues in the context of our review and recommendation activities.

Our Role in the AML Ecosystem

We only recommend casino operators holding valid regulatory licences from jurisdictions with AML oversight. The MGA and Curaçao Gaming Control Board require licenced operators to maintain AML compliance programmes as a condition of licensing — including customer due diligence, KYC procedures, transaction monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting.

What We Expect from Recommended Operators

All recommended operators must: hold a valid licence with AML requirements; maintain published KYC/AML policies; require identity verification for withdrawals above standard thresholds; implement transaction monitoring; and cooperate with law enforcement as required by their licence conditions.

Responsible Use of Our Recommendations

We encourage all users to use casino platforms lawfully. Attempting to launder funds, structure transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or circumvent KYC verification for improper purposes violates casino terms and applicable law. Such activities should be reported to FINTRAC (fintrac-canafe.gc.ca).
